For the second time in 2020, Yogyakarta PGRI University (UPY) again carried out a graduation procession for Bachelor’s graduation at the Central Campus of Unit 1, Sonosewu, Yogyakarta, Saturday (12/19/2020) . In the process, the graduation ceremony of the 2020/2021 Academic Year was held using the method & nbsp; & ldquo; drive thru & rdquo; & nbsp; Considering the still ongoing Pandemi Covid-19 that hit the world, including in Indonesia. The graduation was attended by 356 graduates of graduates and broadcast live streaming on UPYTV Youtube.
In his remarks, UPY Rector Dr. Paiman, MP advised all graduates of graduates, that graduation is not the ultimate goal of a learning, on the contrary graduation is the beginning of the learning process in the community. This Drive Thru Model Graduation is quite efficient, especially in the current Pandemic, where the committee has arranged with a strict health protocol and without physical contact, even the car queue has been arranged by the committee in such a way Avoiding a crowd. In this graduation procession it only takes approximately 2 minutes during its implementation.
