In order to carry out the 35th KKN (Real Work Lecture). Yogyakarta PGRI University through the Community Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) conducted the 35th Batch of UPY KKN Selling activities. The activity was carried out on Monday, January 25, 2021 via online via zoom.
This year’s KKN is different from previous years because all activities and implementation are carried out online or online because they are still in the Covid-19 pandemic period. For the location of KKN itself, students are released to vote, but prioritized according to the domicile of each student.
Yogyakarta PGRI University implements KKN using online/online models. The number of KKN participants is 900 students with details of 895 students where 39 KKN Mandiri students and 856 KKN students in the independent group. The implementation of KKN itself was carried out for 5 weeks (January 25 March 1, 2021). In the KKN jumping event was opened directly by the Vice Chancellor 1 of the Academic Affairs, Ahmad Riyadi M.Kom. In this Covid-19 Pandemic period, Ahmad Riyadi also asked students not only to conduct socialization related to Pandemi, but to further help the community recover after being affected by Pandemi. In accordance with the theme of KKN namely & LDQUO; Community Empowerment in Pandemi & RDQUO; Besides that, Ahmad Riyadi also advised to always comply with the health protocol.
Meanwhile in his remarks, Chairman of the Yogyakarta PGRI University Pembina Foundation, Armansyah Prasakti S.H SPN M.H hopes that this year’s KKN will run safely, well, in an orderly and running smoothly without any obstacles.
hope was also conveyed by the Chairperson of the Committee Dra. Rosalia Indriayati Saptatiningsih, M.Sc to students to be ready to face all the challenges that exist in this Pandemic. Many problems faced by the community but on the other hand KKN must still run and is needed by the public how to overcome the problems and impacts of Pandemi Covid-19.
