in commemoration of the general attack on March 1, 1949 as well as socialization to support the proposal on March 1 was designated as a national holiday of the Yogyakarta PGRI University History Study Program students also participated in the historical and outing jamboree . This activity was held by the Yogyakarta Special Region Culture Office on March 27-28, 2021 at the Prime Hotel Plaza Yogyakarta which was attended by Drs I Gede Adi Atmaja as the Head of the Yogyakarta Culture History Section. The event was held in two methods, namely online and luring. The online event itself was held via zoom intended for the community and historical activists outside of Yogyakarta and luring while still obeying & nbsp; health protocol. The Jamboree and Outing were attended by all communities and historical activists throughout Indonesia with the name of the National Sovereignty Enforcement Day. The History Education Bachelor Program was represented by Devi Melani, a student of the 6th Semester History Education Study Program and Nurul Ismi Lestari, Student of History Education Study Program Semester 4.
The first day of March 27, 2020 was held with the agenda of activities in the form of seminars and panel discussions which were divided into five sessions. The first session raised the theme of the role of the public kitchen on the general attack on March 1. The second session raised the theme of Indonesian diplomacy after the general attack on March 1, 1949. The third session raised the theme Dr. Sardjito as Military Aggression II in Yogyakarta. The fourth session raised the theme of Yogyakarta after March 1 and the fifth session raised the theme of the struggle fund in the 1945-1950 Indonesian revolution. The second day on March 28, 2020 was held in the form of outing.
On this occasion the outing was held in Srowolan Tourism Village, Purwobinangun, Pakem District, Sleman Regency. In the village of Srowolan became a silent witness to the struggle of the Indonesian people in upholding Indonesia’s sovereignty which was considered to have existed and the forerunner to the formation of Pakem District. In this srowolan village we can find the Srowolan struggle market which used to be the headquarters of the Student Army to develop a strategy against the Dutch which is no longer functioning. This activity is expected to be a reminder of us so that we never forget the small events that contribute the success of major events and be a reminder of us about the persistence of the heroes of our predecessors in maintaining Indonesian sovereignty.
