Monday (21/03) Yogyakarta PGRI University contributed to the National Work Conference of the PGRI LLL held at Rich Hotel Yogyakarta. In the event carrying the theme & ldquo; rose my teacher, forwarding my country, tough Indonesia, Indonesia Grows & RDQUO;. The event this time PGRI Yogyakarta University took part by sending students who contributed as from the Choir UKM, the UPY PMB Team to promote the Yogyakarta PGRI University to be more widely known.
In the PGRI III National Work Conference Dr. Paiman, M.P, Rector of UPY, also received appreciation in the form of awards as a PGRI campus that grew exponential by PB PGRI which was handed over directly by the PB PGRI Chairman, Prof. Unifah.
UPY has a very interesting vision because in 2043 UPY became a superior tertiary institution produced graduates of piety, professionals, innovative, national commitment and global insight. From this vision, it is emerged that the values that are easy to understand are APIK (religious, professional, innovative, nationality) and superior. How our advantages are Humanist, Glocal and Entrepreneur. & RDQUO, said Paiman.
of course UPY is big thanks to the mother of the Uni (familiar greeting Prof. Unifah), how we discuss with each other even though via telephone then the Mother of the Uni always gives us advice to UPY who is more neat and superior. & rdquo; continued Paiman.
Prof. Unifah appreciated the development of UPY which grows rapidly from year to year both in terms of adequate facilities and human resources.
Rector UPY said, now we already have 24 S1 and 2 Study Programs for S2, and currently we are also applying for new forms for 8 study programs (S1 Doctor Education, S1 Information Systems , S2 Guidance and Counseling, S2 Mathematics Education, S2 English Language Education, S2 Management, S2 Indonesian Language Education & Literature, and S3 Social Sciences Education). We are also building a 8 -storey building that we will use as a laboratory and of course to support student learning. & RDQUO, said Paiman. (PEB)
